Vi vill be alla att ställa sina bilar enbart på tillåtna parkeringsplatser, t ex i p-hus eller på grusparkeringen vid hotellet, istället för att parkera runt vår fastighet (där det råder parkeringsförbud). Det är flera av våra boende som påverkas negativt av alla bilar som parkerar, och kör runt och letar p-platser på Kodslingan och på grusområdena norr om vår fastighet.

De som bor på bottenplan väcks på morgonen av startande bilar, störs av avgaser och av billyktor som lyser in i lägenheterna. Som läget är just nu så drar sig dessa medlemmar för att använda sina uteplatser p.g.a. bristen på respekt för parkeringsreglerna.

Även säkerheten i föreningen påverkas negativt. Både då räddningstjänst har svårt att komma fram vid en eventuell olycka eller brand, och att cyklister, små som stora, utsätts för risker p.g.a. skymd sikt och trånga utrymmen.

Styrelsen är i kontakt med LKP som bekräftar att det är p-förbud i hela vår del av Brunnshög. Detta innebär att det enbart är tillåtet att parkera där det finns skyltar för parkering. Närmaste parkering är på grusparkeringen bakom hotellet eller i parkeringshuset Aurora vid Hemköp. Det finns även parkering vid Ideon/Ericsson och i LKPs p-hus Brunnshög (Brunnshögsv 25) där man kan lösa månadskort.

Låt oss hjälpas åt att bidra till en lugn och säker boendemiljö för alla genom att inte parkerar runt vår fastighet (varken på asfalten, på gångfartsområdet eller på makadam/grusytorna) utan ställa våra bilar där parkering är tillåten. (Bilar som står parkerade runt vår fastighet riskerar att bötfällas.) Tänk också på att vi bor i ett gångfartsområde där maximala hastigheten är 5-7 km/h, dvs gångfart.

We ask everyone to park their cars only in permitted parking spaces, e.g. in the multi-storey car park or the car park behind the hotel, instead of parking around our property (where parking is prohibited). Several of our residents are negatively affected by all the cars that park and drive around looking for parking spaces on Kodslingan and on the gravel areas north of our property.

Those who live on the ground floor are woken up in the morning by cars starting up, are disturbed by car exhaust fumes and by headlights shining into the apartments. At the moment, these members are reluctant to use their patios due to the lack of respect of the parking rules.

Safety in and around our building is also negatively affected by this. In the event of an accident or fire, the emergency services may have trouble reaching our property, and cyclists, small and large, are exposed to increased risks due to obscured vision and tight spaces.

The board is in contact with LKP who confirm that parking is prohibited in our part of Brunnshög. This means that it is only permitted to park where parking is sign-posted. The nearest permitted place to park is on the parking lot behind the hotel (south of our property) or in Aurora the multi-storey car park at Hemköp. It is also possible to park at Ideon/Ericsson and in LKP's p-house Brunnshög (Brunnshögsv 25) for which you can buy a monthly pass.

Please, contribute to a calm and safe living environment for everyone living in BRF Alba by not parking around our property (neither on the asphalt, on the pedestrian area (gångfartsområde) or on the gravel surfaces west and north of our property) but instead using the permitted parking areas. (Cars parked around our property can be fined for this.) Also, keep in mind that we live in a pedestrian area where the maximum speed is 5-7 km/h, i.e. walking speed.
